REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Less than 7 days: No refund

No-show: No refund
2. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

Refunds will be made via the original payment method
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:

Last-minute bookings

Special promotional packages
-
Third-party bookings (subject to their policies)
4. Amendments
Changes to bookings depend on availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to:

Unforeseen events beyond our control
